Clinical Laboratory

We’re a limited-service laboratory that performs basic tests such as chemistry, hematology, serology and urinalysis. All other specialized tests or subspecialties not tested at this laboratory are collected and shipped to various military and civilian reference laboratories in the United States and Osan Air Base lab for testing. Lipid panel testing requires fasting for eight to 10 hours. Only drink water and take prescription medication unless directed otherwise by a provider. If you need IMR labs, please stop by the front desk before coming to the lab. The laboratory doesn’t provide results directly to patients. A patient can obtain laboratory results by calling the appointment line or messaging the medical provider through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. Laboratory tests shipped to the United States may take 14 to 21 days to receive results.
