The Wolf Pack Pharmacy

The Wolf Pack Pharmacy processes electronic prescriptions from on-base providers and prepares, manages, and dispenses medications according to the TRICARE Formulary. Prescriptions from Korean providers must be translated by an on-base provider and placed into MHS GENESIS.

The pharmacy offers tobacco cessation consultation and medications, an over-the-counter program, and emergency contraception. Medication refills can be accomplished by calling 063-470-7146 or by walk-in. Medications from other DHA facilities can be transferred to the Wolf Pack Pharmacy by request.

TRICARE Pharmacy Program

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool

Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look up your drug. A search can tell you:

  • Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
  • Where the prescription can be filled
  • Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
  • Coverage review requirements and forms
  • Alternative medications, including costs

To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.

Activating Prescriptions

All new or renewed prescriptions must be activated once a provider orders a medication. Please visit the pharmacy window to activate your prescription after visiting your provider.

Refilling Prescriptions

Please use our automated refill system by calling 063-470-7146.

Refill requests submitted Monday – Thursday will be ready for pick up the next duty day after 1:30 p.m. Refill requests submitted Friday – Sunday will be ready for pick up the following Monday after 1:30 p.m.

Over-The-Counter Program

Eligible beneficiaries can visit the Wolf Pack Pharmacy to receive a short duration of OTC medications for minor illnesses or conditions only. If symptoms worsen or don’t improve within 48 hours, patients must be seen by a medical provider. Flight Status, PRP/PRAP, AUoF, and pregnant patients can’t use this service.

OTC items include medications used for emergency contraception, nicotine cessation, minor muscle aches, and cough, colds, and allergies.

Other Pharmacy Options

As a TRICARE beneficiary, you have other pharmacy options:

You can use the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery to have prescriptions sent to your home. This is the least expensive way to fill prescriptions after filling it here. Note the home delivery option is limited in overseas locations.

Prescription Costs

While there are no costs for prescriptions here at Kunsan Air Base, there are costs for filling prescriptions via home delivery or at network pharmacies for all non-active duty beneficiaries:

Active duty service members have a $0 copayment for covered drugs at any pharmacy.
