The Wolf Pack Pharmacy
The Wolf Pack Pharmacy processes electronic prescriptions from on-base providers and prepares, manages, and dispenses medications according to the TRICARE Formulary. Prescriptions from Korean providers must be translated by an on-base provider and placed into MHS GENESIS.
The pharmacy offers tobacco cessation consultation and medications, an over-the-counter program, and emergency contraception. Medication refills can be accomplished by calling 063-470-7146 or by walk-in. Medications from other DHA facilities can be transferred to the Wolf Pack Pharmacy by request.

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool
Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look up your drug. A search can tell you:
- Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
- Where the prescription can be filled
- Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
- Coverage review requirements and forms
- Alternative medications, including costs
To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.

As a TRICARE beneficiary, you have other pharmacy options:
You can use the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery to have prescriptions sent to your home. This is the least expensive way to fill prescriptions after filling it here. Note the home delivery option is limited in overseas locations.
Prescription Costs
While there are no costs for prescriptions here at Kunsan Air Base, there are costs for filling prescriptions via home delivery or at network pharmacies for all non-active duty beneficiaries:
Active duty service members have a $0 copayment for covered drugs at any pharmacy.
