The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Referral Management

TRICARE Prime enrollees needing specialty care should first obtain a referral from their primary care manager. Before leaving the clinic, visit the Referral Management Center for assistance with booking appointments and information on getting care in the host nation network. The referral center processes specialty referrals and helps set up appointments, including with off-site network providers if needed. Remember to schedule your initial appointment before the routine network referral's expiration date. Expired referrals must be renewed by contacting your PCM. We also provide reimbursement for medical TDY expenses.
