Referral Management

We are a one-stop where patients go to process specialty referrals requested by their referring provider. We help set up specialty appointments and assist in coordinating off-site network provider appointments if necessary. We also advise on health care benefits and review referrals. All routine network referrals have an expiration date, so please ensure that your initial referral appointment is set up before the referral time period ends. All expired referrals must be renewed by calling your primary care manager or sending a secure message via TRICARE Online. For continuity-of-care referrals, please speak to your primary care manager team.
