Force Health
- Deployment Processing
- Travel Medicine: Submit all forms to Public Health no later than 30 days before departure. Public Health will review submitted forms, generate travel report, and return documents, with the medical requirements.

- Occupational Health Exams
- Hearing Conservation Program: Provides occupational health shop audiograms only. Appointments are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A small number of walk-in appointments are available Monday-Friday, 2-3:30 p.m., on a first come, first serve basis.
